I'm needing a safe online way to accept tips and sponsorship. What do you suggest ?

I've recently been made redundant for the second time in 14 months. However my crafting business is taking off due to me having extra time to make and share pictures on social media. I have had several people ask if I accept "tips" or paypal. I have set up a paypal account and can send people my details but apparently there are "tip me" services online as well. Does anyone know of any safe ways for people to click and pay me a £1 to £5 for example ? ** EDIT** I have been able to set up a Patreon account for regular subscribers of my content, but i am still also looking for giving people the ability to make a "one off tip". Thanks
