Did they ring off a specific number? I missed a call off a mobile no about half an hour before they announced a winner today and I tried ringing no back but wasn't recognised...0

Hi all, Sorry for the delay. Thank you all for the congratulations etc.
1) They called off a withheld number, just after 6pm.
2) They apparently played a clip from when I spoke to the lady who advised me I had won - we did arrange for a call the next morning for me to talk to a presenter, but this didn't happen (whether they called before I got up or didn't call, I don't know). I missed them playing this, apparently I sounded really grateful
3) I'm gutted I can't enter any more of their competitions until like Feb now.
