Split milk on a carpet

I have spilled a combination of cows milk, coconut milk, porridge and raspberries on a carpet. The smell in this heat is unbearable. (Like someone has taken a sh*t on the carpet). Cleaned with disinfectant, soapy water. Still stinks.
Any advice on removal of smell?

Firstly: don't cry. Secondly: clean it more.0

Lots and lots of bicarbonate of soda, dumped on dry and massaged in. Then just leave it alone and open a window.
The smell is probably because you've wet it so much that the underlay has absorbed some of the residue and might well be releasing anything else that was spilled in a previous life.0
