Trying to order on line from IKEA, help please.

I'll appreciate any help.   Everything I needed was available apart from one Pax wardrobe frame 100x58x201/ Article No. 202.145.66.  The lady in store printed a Shopping List to order everything at once on line. The green dot on line says it is now available to order on line.  Every time I try to order all eleven items I get to checkout and, when I select delivery,  it asks me to remove the Pax wardrobe frame - first of all not available then not available in store and now available to order but it won't 'process' for me.  Today only a few available in local Glasgow store but I cannot get there now - no lift available.  Over the past three weeks I have tried quite a number of times with no success.  Although the lady in store said it could be delivered I wonder if some items can never be delivered and can only be collected (when available) in store.

I waited on the telephone for a long time on several occasions.   It says only a few available in store locally (very difficult to get to without transport and very long queue outside) and now, this evening it is not available in local store.

I feel as if I am going round in circles.  Can anyone see where I am going wrong - as the 'green dot' says available to order on line but 'it' won't go through with the other ten items at 'delivery' after filling all the details in.

I am trying to order everything on line to be delivered.  Thank you very much for any idea if I am doing something wrong.

Must be unavailable in your area, I just put it in my basket and after putting in my postcode, it says regular delivery £39 on the 20th August 07.00 TIL 19.00 Total £99
And lets me check out?

Thank you  very much, sarah1972.  I'll keep trying - all but one item in my basket is available for delivery so I'll wait until they last item can also be delivered. (5.58 pm - see update below, really pleased.)

UPDATE.  At about 5.30 pm I tried again.  All eleven items in basket went to checkout with no problem this time.  Everything confirmed and delivery date given - four hour time slot to be given prior to delivery date.  I'm very pleased.  Thank you for everyone who took interest and sarah1972 for helpful reply.

I'm afraid my order has been partially cancelled by IKEA.  The full order was confirmed then today I received notification that the wardrobe frame was not available and had been removed from my order. All the other items cannot be used without the wardrobe frame.

After quite a wait a very helpful lady from IKEA answered my telephone call.  She understood that the remaining items were not neededand could not be used without the wardrobe frame.  As a result I am receiving a full refund.

I would have had to store the incomplete order, had I allowed that part of the order to proceed, and I think I would have had to pay for the second delivery as well.  I was also concerned in case I had all the other items here and maybe the wardrobe frame would not be available for delivery in the near future.

Although disappointing, on the scale of things, with this awful Covid situation at present, a cancelled IKEA order is 'nothing' - just a bit disappointing.

The situation was helped as the lady from IKEA really was understanding and helpful.
