Hi ,
So did anyone had something similar ??
I got an offer from Barclays - 5 yr fixed HTB green mortgage - basically i get lower rate if my hose is A or B rated, i send the EPC to my MA when applied and all was fine, got the offer etc .
my solicitor raised concern about it but it was "between bank her and the developer" turned out my developer is not on the Barclays scheme so i need a new offer , contacted my MA he said not to worry about they will issue me a new offer with a different product, i don't need to go through the entire proces again .
To be honest he reacted very fast as i got all new documents to sign within couple of minutes.
and nothing, still no new offer .
Do they do new underwriting ? my mortgage repayment went up by 0.12 % so there's no affordability issues .

No, they don't need new underwriting.
As ever, though, they need a kick up the bottom on service.I am a Mortgage Broker

Don’t know if it’s me being persistent but I’ve got my new offer this afternoon.Lucky I don’t need to sign another deed and that should not affect my HTB .So technically my MA said he can’t call underwriting to speed this up so called Barclays after some switching over at some point a very nice gentleman said he will try to push it a bit but no promises as they have 5 working days for revisions .And 20 minutes later we got our offer.0
