THE MONEY SHOP AND CREDIT RESOURCE SOLUTIONS
Options
I need advice and I have looked on the forums for anyone in a similar position but cant seem to find anything.
I received an email a week ago from Credit Resources Solutions on behalf of The Money Shop saying I am in arrears of a past loan by £296.34.
I rang The Money Shop even though they are in liquidation they are still in business in regards of claiming debts from their third party CRS.
They stated I didn't finish paying a payday loan off from 2016. I have looked on my past bank statements and I paid from Dec 2015- 28 July 2016 totalling £1,008.80.
Now I have requested access to my original loan documents but they are stating they have limited access to these documents as they are now in liquidation.
It seems to me they have gone into liquidation and trying to seize as much money from past clients. This loan was from 4 years ago and to all my knowledge it was all paid off.
I want to see proof of the actual agreement I don't understand why they wouldn't have tried contacting me way earlier if this was the case. Also on my experian this doesn't even flag up!?
Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?
Many thanks

Check your other files if Experian don't show it.
Submit a SAR. That will reveal the current status of your loan and agreements.0 -
