It sounds like you are paying high interest - what apr are you paying?
If you have been paying it steadily, it might be worth seeing if you can get a 0% credit card over 12 months or a fixed life of balance card. Martin has info on this here. It can depend on income though so you might not be lucky. A loan is not generally a good idea as you will pay more interest over a longer term. The other problem, as so many of us have discovered, is that you can be tempted later to take out another card and run more debt up! So consolidating is not really the way to go for most people.
If you are refused a cheaper credit card deal, the only option is to post up your income and outgoings details here and the good folk will review and suggest ways you can cut back in order to put more money toward the debts. For example, do you have anything you can sell to raise cash to throw at the card to reduce it in chunks?

Get you last statement out, it will say your %APR. If it doesn't there will be a phone number to ring and ask them. I suspect its quite high.
Also, if you look at the first post on the DFW board there is a guide to doing a statement of affairs (SOA). If you put one together we can all have a look at it and probably find you can afford to pay much more than £100/month which will get it cleared faster0 -
In the meantime, can you afford to pay more per month? If you have no other debts to pay off, once your expenses are accounted for then id imagine you have some spare cash?
Posting an SOA on here will probably help you have more spare cash, to use to clear this card quickly.
ID luck at the credit cards section of this site, then when you apply, go through a site such as quidco to earn some cashback for changing.0 -

I thought they were French... and I suspect they can't pay more as Cafe Renee is not a high paying employer.0

Post up your SOA and let the good people here look at it and see what can be done with what you have. You'd be surprised where you can find extra money from to help clear these debts.
Read the post for newbies on how to do it.
