Setup Online shop Under 18

Our 17 year old daughter wants to begin selling her craft products online.  All of the providers (payment and commerce sites) specify minimum 18 years of age.  Is there a payment or commerce provider that will allow parents to be part of the account but allow payment into an under-18 year olds bank account?  This is the challenge as we need to keep her income and outgoings separate from our adult bank account as we both do self-assessment tax returns and do not want her business incomings/outgoings being recorded against our accounts.  Any advice appreciated.

Many decades ago I worked in a bank and there were several accounts "Mr and Mrs X re Master (or Miss) X", where the parent(s) held the account for the benefit of the child. However I don't know if such accounts still exist.
