I think i don't get all my holiday entitlement

i worked overtime few times and  i don't think i get enough holidays, last time i got 0.48 days for a week where i worked 4 days my normal shift + 2 days overtime each day 12 hours a day.
i start my work on november 2019 and i worked 5 days a week X 8 hours /day for around 5 months after i swithced to 4 on 4 off without taiking using any holidays, i had only a period of around 4 weeks when i didn't.
In total i have
19.25 days of holiday entitlement, and amount of pay is 80.40 / day, wich i am not sure is enough because in last 3 monts i worked few days on overtime
with double payrate 12 hours a day.
On my contract says

The amount of holiday pay you will receive when taken will be based on an average of both the hours worked and the pay rate you have received over the previous 12 weeks in which you have worked.

Holiday Pay Calculation:
Average shift length in hours over previous 12 weeks worked x Average Pay Rate per hour over previous 12 weeks worked = holiday pay for one day
Please note, if the hours you work and / or your pay rate varies the amount payable stated above will change

Yes, if you can choose to do the overtime or not.
If however your contract requires you to do overtime (if the company tells you) then you should get some extra holiday (12.07% of the time worked).
