Hi all , I’m at my whits end and was wondering if anyone could help. I purchased an Xbox one and separately minecraft, this was Dec 2019. This minecraft has additional packs to inside ( I paid more up front). I redeemed the codes, they are showing on my account as redeemed but some of the packs are not showing on the game.
I contacted Xbox December 2019, they said that as they’ve been updated on your account, minecraft (majong) need to check the voucher codes and update my account.
I emailed minecraft , chased lots of times and finally got a reply 8 months later. They referred me back to Xbox. Attached lots of links that’s didn’t work and provided information that wasn’t even linked to what I needed.
i contacted Xbox again, they have been very helpful and quick to reply. Again they referred me back to minecraft.
i contacted minecraft again and they have said, it’s been reiterated 3 times that you need to go to Xbox.

I know how to complain but I’m stumped! I’ve asked both companies for their complaints process none, have replied. It’s just wrong, my money has been taken and im not getting the service. I paid for it via credit card in aug 2018 From Argos so I couldn’t claim Via my credit card ( I don’t think I can) as the date had lapsed.
ive messages both companies for their complaints process but I’m just at a loss!
Any ideas or suggestions would be really welcome.

Have you tried twitter ?
So in essence you bought Minecraft which came with some extras.
According to Xbox they are on your acccount Minecraft say not.
You spoke to Minecraft and they said to speak to Xbox which you have done who refered you back to Minecraft.
When did you buy it as you first say Dec 2019 but near the end of your post you say you paid for it on a credit card in aug 2018, which is it ?1 -
It may be time to go over their heads. You could try contacting Microsoft directly. Have screenshots/emails ready to send in the original complaint, and perhaps make a report with the BBB or similar organization.0

I purchased it in august but it was opened December as it was my daughters Xmas present. Sorry if I made this unclear.
The xbox specialist team have referred this to majong but Xbox have closed their files. I have no way of seeing if they have had a reply. Before you can get to the specialist you have to go through 3 different people. It’s a nightmare. I will attempt to chase Xbox again. 😐I have all the communication from Xbox and have sent this to majong but it took them 8 months to reply initially. It’s now sitting in their work queue as a new query.BoneoracleAs stated above I escalated this to Xbox and it was their specialist team who have referred this to majong. Xbox have done their best to help. I have referred this to Microsoft and chased twice but no reply. I have put it on Twitter and copied in majong , Xbox and Microsoft. I’m at the point now where I’m waiting for Majong to reply , in the hope that someone with some sense picks up the enquiry.Do you happen to have an email address for Microsoft? Who are BBB?
