Accord Mortgage Application + Issues

Hi new to the forum 

Just looking for peoples advice who have dealt with Accord Mortgages before. 

We are trying to buy a property that has Unadopted roads there is no bond or plans in place to adopt the road and sewers. There is no contractor in place for the maintenance and up keep of the road and the developer is no longer in business. We have approached other lenders and they won’t entertain lending on this issue. Has anyone used Accord for this sort of issue, and what are the underwriters like regarding these issues are they likely to lend of the house is valued at the agreed price or does it come down to the valuer if they lend. 

Just interested in peoples thoughts And how good accord is with difficult situations like this
