Broker recommendation please

anyone recommend a very good mortgage broker please but who deal with small credit issues.

    A number of us who post here are independent brokers (we are identifiable by our signatures). We are not allowed to approach posters but we are able to respond to pm's asking for assistance. Why not read the boards and see who you think can help and send a pm.

    The vast majority of local mortgage brokers do the job well.    The most common issue for the not so good ones is their greed when it comes to fees.    So, try several local brokers and ask them their fees.  If they are in the ballpark of under £500 then that is good.  If they start talking x% of amount borrowed then walk away unless the monetary amount is under £500.
    If you are in an area of high house prices (and higher mortgages) then the fee is usually lower or possibly non-existent.  If you are in an are of low house prices (and lower mortgages) the fee will move more towards the £500 mark.  

    If your "small credit issues" are not quite as small as you suggest then you may find fees rise.  If they are genuinely just small issues then there is usually no reason to pay any more because of that.
