in Mortgages & endowments
12.1 Has whole or any part of elecrical installations tested by a Qualified electrician..? 
Living here for last 6 years & House is built 10 years ago. Never done any elecric test
12.2  Heating system - Last Service details.
Not serviced last 4 years...

How above questions in TA6 form will affect..??

    Nothing to do with mortgages so really one for the house buying/selling board - but just give the correct answers. If the buyer really wants these things checked they can get their own people in (most won't).

    Is there any Legal requirement these Electric & Gas safety checks/services need to be done every year..? I know similar ask is there for rented homes. ..Thanks
