Hello all, I entered my details but them when I was entering my card details I noticed this message "Please note: credit cards are not supported, any attempt to pay via credit card will be rejected"
Does it sound legit?

Is a raffle the same as a bet or gambling?
In my book it is and all UK banks have stopped you using your credit card to fund this (exception is National Lottery). So that is probably the reason you are getting that message.
I can't really advise about the actual comp - but it is not what I would pay to enter.

National lottery already did not accept credit cards online before the ban on using them on gambling sites started in April this year.
