Remortgage Help

I am unfortunately in a position that i need to remortgage due to a marriage breakdown. as want to take over mortgage by myself. unfortunately due to the covid outbreak my current mortgage provider have changed their criteria so i cannot take it out by myself. my Mother offered to go in with me to get the amount up but the lender will only do a 15 year mortgage as my mother is 51. which nearly doubles the payments. Unfortunately if i use another lender the current one will charge me £5000 to leave. so in an ideal world i would like to remortgage but incorporate the fee plus the £13000 to buy out my ex-husband. my Mother is very happy to help but obviously the 15 year term is not suitable. so i suppose i am asking is this possible? & could anyone recommend a good broker that may help.
thank you in advance
