as above, has anyone used them? Or anyone else in a similar situation They? They are basically our last resort. We don't fit the criteria for any other lender right now and a family member has finished building our house & now we can't buy it 😢
We were going to go with Bluestone but our broker says their criteria has changed and they're currently not lending on new builds.
Info on us -
*Purchase price 300k
*Mortgage required 165k
* LTV 54%
*Concessionary purchase
*Active DMP that has been paid every month for 5 years
*defaults that are 4 and 5 years old. One thats just over 2 years old which I've tried to contest as they are paid via Stepchange and have been for over 5 years.
Thanks
