Look Fantastic Absolutely horrific customer service

Totally appalled with LF.
Had a sub box, monthly beauty box, had it for 12 months. Cancelled it as the postman won’t leave the parcels and it’s a trek to the post office every month. Set up a new sub with the box to be delivered to my parents address.
LF have sent me 3 boxes now and charged me 3 times.
Apparently new sub gets July box now it’s August as well as August box, hence double the charge.
Original sub still going as apparently I didn’t cancel in time.
Absolutely livid, can’t speak to anyone on the phone, asked web chat person to provide me with details of were to send a complaint and she said they don’t give out details for complaints. They won’t cancel either box going forward. So I’m stuck with 2 for 12 months, with all the free boxes they send out as freebies to you tubers you would think they wud be able to cancel one sub made in error. Thing is I bought things from them online as well. Absolutely gutted and shocked by the customer service from a company I previously held in reasonable regard.

Read the Ts and cs 14 day cancellation period. Pointed this out to the advisor and she told me it was 15 mins. Cancelled my card and blocked payments to them with the bank. They won’t be getting another penny out of me0

Also started my new sub in Aug and they sent me a July box charged me for that and then charged me for an Aug box the next day. She contradicted herself by saying I didn’t cancel between 1st and 2nd box. I said you did that deliberately so I wouldn’t have the 14 day cancellation period0
