Help - Which lenders?

Hi 

Can anyone point me in the direction of a lender that will take 6 months payslips/include average overtime AND with one default on a credit file. We have been to a broker, but I'm my opinion he is fobbing us off and can't be bothered to put in the work as he says there is nothing he can do to help us.

If the current broker is fobbing you off then either he is lazy or your prospects just don't look good right now. Try to find an experienced broker.
In the meantime all lenders tell you what their criteria is on their websites, you essentially can do this research yourself, granted longer than a MB would take but the info you want is there for each lender.

Some of us who post here are independent brokers and we are identifiable by our signatures. If you want an alternative broker to look into this then read the boards and pm someone who sounds as though they can help. We are not allowed to approach posters but most of us are happy to respond to pm's and have helped many people who post on these boards.
