Holiday pay

Hi there, can any one help. I’ve been in a cash in hand job (no contract) for just over three years, and I’ve had to give my notice in to take on another job, am I entitled to my holiday pay?

I wouldn't say so. If you've been paid cash in hand, and don't have a contract, you'd most likely to be classed as self employed.0

I'd say likely yes, although it depends on the arrangement really. Is there any record of how much you've actually worked though?
