As xylophone already pointed out in his response to you, here is the link to https://www.gov.uk/get-state-pension.
They would have a process in place for a homeless person / a person of no fixed abode. The fact you got an address that they can post their correspondence to should help.

Hi - I see your problem!  I had a rumage around google and found this - although it specifically refers to pension credit, I think it would also apply to pension payments and you do say you have a c/o address: PC10S – A detailed guide to Pension Credit for advisers and others (April 2020).  Scroll down to page 87:

"People who are homeless If your customer is of no fixed abode they can still get Pension Credit. If they can arrange to collect their post from a ‘care of’ address, their application can be dealt with as normal. If not, we will still deal with their application but they may have to collect their payments from a local Jobcentre Plus office. If your customer finds accommodation, they must let us know by calling The Pension Service or telling staff at the office they were using while they were homeless. They must also tell us if the address they use for post changes."

Suggest you also speak with your local Citizens Advice office.
    Good luck  :)

The OP has a bank account - the pension can be paid into it?

Not my area of expertise - but I can't see why not, and I'm sure it would be more convenient for the OP to do so.
The guidance I quoted above seems to assume that people with no fixed abode, even if they do have a c/o address, are unlikely to have a bank account and so have to collect payments in person.  The guidance also had a link to the Pension Credit Helpline - again not specific to claiming pension payments but they may be able to help or provide the helpline number for that - Further information Pension Credit helpline: 106 • Freephone 0800 99 1234 • Freephone 0800 169 0133 (textphone) Lines are open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Hi OP - you say your State Pension is due soon - here's a link to the government website explaining what you need to do to claim:  The New State Pension - How to Claim.  The contact details, inlcuding phone number, are all on there - might be easier to give them a call to explain your circumstances  :)
