Service Charges

My purchase still hasn't yet completed had morgage offer signed contracts. Has anyone had any issues with Service Charges on a New build Development..Solicitor should have picked up on it sooner we was supposed to exchange last week. It's something to do with the Service Rental charge and some wording that isnt correct on the transfer deed.. it's all complicated just wondering has anyone had any issues?

I would ask your solicitor to explain in normal language, that;s what you pay them for"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

That's the problem I've had a shocking time with them my case has just been at a stand still due to him being on holiday and now this has come about it has to be sorted.
