Hi.
If I wanted go buy a bike on C2W with a value of around £750, can I use £500 on C2W and add the rest out my pocket, or do I have to have the full £750 on the scheme.
Thank you. Mike.

It all depends on the shop you’re using. I’ve just done that very thing, just with different values, and the shop had no issue with me doing that - best to call them first to ask.0

I'm sure some shops would allow it but it is surely fraudulent. Is it really worth it for a tax break on £250?

Eh? It doesn’t mean whatever you think it means. If you take a voucher for £500 and pay the rest with cash you will only get the tax break on the £500.gobeye said:I'm sure some shops would allow it but it is surely fraudulent. Is it really worth it for a tax break on £250?
I considered it before when the limit was £1000 and I wanted a more expensive bike. One of the snags is ownership. The bike still belongs to your work until you pay it off at the end of the scheme.1 -
Quite right I have misread the OP. Not sure why you would do what is being suggested though there is no longer any limit on the voucher as far as I am aware.Nebulous2 said:
