Mortgage valuation

I was wondering if anyone with more knowledge than me could explain something please.
I got my full mortgage offer yesterday which is great, just waiting for it to come through the post now. I heard nothing back on the lenders valuation, does that mean they valued it at the price I'm paying?
I had a purchase fall through earlier in the year and with that one I received an email to say they valued it £10,000 below my offer.
My LTV is only 30% so I know it doesn't affect affordability but will I get told the lenders valuation?

Got mortgage offered on Monday. Paperwork arrived Friday. It was valued £10K under, but still within the LTV% so nothing to worry about (for us).

Depends on the lender. If it still fits affordability and the LTV bracket you’re in, some will just issue the offer.Others will get in touch to let you know, also depends on whether it’s a purchase or remortgage.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Valuation has to be satisfactory for the mortgage offer to be issued.Chilli6 said:I was wondering if anyone with more knowledge than me could explain something please.
