What's going wrong at Tonik?

I switched to Tonik in March but switched away in June for a better deal. Switching was not a problem but I have never received a single statement from Tonik and I am now chasing a final statement, as I'm sure I'm owed some money. Several years ago, I had a number of family members that I recommended to switch to Tonik and it was a good company to deal with but I cannot recommend them now. Their system upgrades seem to be part of the problem as they did not store the meter readings I provided and my account contains no meter reading history at all now. They never connected to my SMART meter and basically they seem to have just taken my money and provided no service at all. Communications I have received blamed information from switching, I provided meter readings again but they do not seem able to work it out!! I'll give it the stipulated time then Ombudsmen here I come.
