Great news today, The government have extended the build date for the help to buy scheme to February 2021. See website below.

A little weight off my shoulders. My build completion date is December so gives us a little breathing space

Mine is so tight as its  currently  Feb/ March .
Developer is discussing with site the options to make it mid February if possible
