Cavity wall claim help

I’ve owned my home 8 years. In March I had a small bubble on my hall wall and after Investigation the whole wall was soaked from top to bottom. Builder thinks it’s cavity wall issue as the insulation walls were packed and soaked and insurance won’t cover it as “it’s a result of an event over a period of time” and not “storm/one off insurable event.” I’ve no idea who fitted the insulation before I moved in. Anyone had success with a claim. I was told to use ‘my cavity call claim’ but can’t find much online about them so don’t feel Comfortable putting my contact details in. Any advice appreciated
