Maternity and VR

I'm asking this on behalf of my partner.
She is currently furloughed and works as cabin crew.
She has been offered VR and is considering taking up the option. She's also 10 weeks into maternity.
Would she be entitled to any maternity payout on top of VR?

Voluntary redundancy isn’t really a thing, it’s resigning but with an agreed package, so there is no ‘entitled’ to anything, she needs to negotiate her VR terms with the team.

Can you clarify "She's also 10 weeks into maternity."
    Is it statutory maternity leave/pay?
Is it 10 weeks into the SMP or 10 weeks into the qualifying period or 10 weeks into the pregnancy?
If SMP is the basic being paid or is the employer adding anything?

VR simply means that someone has said they would like to be made redundant, which (normally) means the employer doesn't have to show they have operated a fair policy in selecting that individual for redundancy. Sometimes the terms are enhanced for VR to encourage people to apply for it. What's she been offered? It would seem odd to apply for VR without knowing the terms.
