Looking to sell house in about 18 months time, we would have paid the mortgage off and the house would be worth around £400,000.

Is it possible to arrange a interest only mortgage £100,000 to £200,000 for one year to help get the house ready for sale plus to help a family member with deposit to get on the property ladder?
