On checking the broker's portal the house value has been amended back to the asking price but the LTV has been amended, so I've no idea what's going on behind the scenes! It might be nothing but it's getting a bit nail biting now we're a month in  :#

I decided not to negotiate with vendor as they have already reduced price and I feel my offer is pretty much bang on for the house. I wouldn’t worry too much. For me challenging the valuation would have massively held
    up the process.

This is how we're feeling. We love the house and it's been a long process just to get to this point (we starting looking a year ago and work/travel/Covid threw spanners into the works) . We're desperate for space of our own. 15K is a lot but I guess you can't put a price on sanity   :D
