Tesco bank promised Clubcard points when movi to halifax

We had a mortgage with Tesco bank, and they promised us (last year) a lump sum of Clubcard points when they moved us to Halifax and stopped providing mortgages. These points have never materialised, and we have been with Halifax a couple of months now. Mortgage department denies any knowledge, as does Tesco Clubcard. Anyone else in the same situation??? FYI - points worth about £70.

yes i was the same - with Tesco. I will need to go double check this weekend. But im sure they sent a letter stating the balance to be received. But never went and checked that they materialised... You have reminded me!
