Mortgage Ending!

My mortgage is with a ‘closed’ lender. It ends February 2021 and I will owe approx £67000 plus a second charge of approx £12500. The house is valued around £90-£95000.
I desperately want to keep my house but have a poor past credit record and I’m 65 years old. Does anyone know any lenders who would offer a mortgage for 7-10 years? I have approx £37000 in a pension lump
sum which I could access if I retired but I want to keep working and I could afford the mortgage repayments. Please can anybody offer any advice? Thank you.

Speak with a whole of market mortgage broker as lenders do lend into retirement.
@Deleted_User is a broker and has recently mentioned clients who he had got mortgages for and they are retired / older.
@ACG is a broker who specialises in clients with adverse credit history (he got my mortgage arranged).

Hi
Those of us brokers who post here are not allowed to approach forumites.
To approach a broker (we are identifiable by our signatures) you click on the name to get to their profile and then a black box appears which is the messaging box
Hope that helps0
