CMA refusing to acknowledge reduction in pay

My partner has always paid his child maintenance in full on time and is happy to do so, they're his kids, he has no problem with that, however, he was put on furlough on 24th March and as his pay includes 41% shift allowance, that went straight away. His employer topped up his standard pay to 100% (minus the shift allowance). He is still on furlough 18 weeks later and his bosses have said his pay will reduce to 80% from August, this means he will be on roughly 50% of his original pay but still paying the full maintenance. I have only just gone back to work after being furloughed. His savings are now gone and we don't know how he's going to make the next payment but CMA are only allowing online messages, no phone calls and they respond by saying they'll get back to him in 12 weeks! What can we do?

They are taking phone calls as my husband spoke to them Monday. He needs to call them and tell them about this, see if they will accept uploaded copies of his payslips to show the reduction and then see what happens.
Is your partner due their yearly review anytime soon?

Having a nightmare at the moment. Using a friends account on here (I'm a man). I pay my ex child support through the CMS scheme every month. And she is supposed to pay me the other way too. I have our two girls, and she has our son. I pay a fortune to her and yet I have less money. She is only paying me around £40 a month for only one of my girls when I have the two. The CMS sent me confirmation a long time ago telling me that I've been receiving double that for the one child (the other one isn't even on the claim yet!) Can anyone tell me how my ex is getting away with continuing to pay me only half for my daughter, and why on earth the CMS have not even begun to address my case for my other daughter (who is now on my child benefit too). I honestly have noticed a distinct bias towards single mothers, when there are fathers like me looking after children that are unsupported by the mother.0

Hi, we've still had no luck getting through on the phone, it either rings they say what you can call for then hangs up or it says the number you have called is unavailable! They are sending messages saying he's got a new message on his account but none are showing after 10th of July (we reported that-response is well get back to you within 28 days!), then he got a text saying we haven't received the information we requested, still no messages showing on the online account, so we assumed they could only want pay slips, so I uploaded his last few months pay slips, but again since no messages are showing on his online account, we don't know what else to do. Is there any other number than the 0800 171 2345 number? Thanks0
