End of fixed rate- should I declare my husband is now a mature student?

we got our mortgage 3 years ago when I was working part time and my husband was working full time, since then I have started working full time and been promoted so I earn a lot more and my husband Ian now a mature student. Should I be concerned that when my fixed rate end soon and they learn my husband is now a a student (when we have our mortgage adviser appointment) that they will give us a bad deal/ reject us? Can that happen? Any advice welcome

If you're remortgaging, you'll be asked about your circumstances, including employment. Committing fraud at that stage is a relatively poor idea.
If you stay with your current lender, it will be a straight switch.0
