Contracted for fixed 4 days a week, employer want to 1 or 2 days a week extra.

Where do I stand?  So I work a fixed 4 days, and summer bank holidays.  My employer wants to move me to a rota system,  5 days a week.  Paid on piece work, with no change of basic salary for extra days.  Some days don't cover the fuel,  if only a couple of jobs to complete that extra day.

You say 'employer' - are you being paid the required minimum wage for all the time you are working?
