Can someone please help! My broker has said my application has been assessed and they’ve enquire more information. I am buying my late mums home. One is proof a copy of will and probate. There is no will and probate is letters administration. I have a copy of letters of administration, is this all that would be needed or am I missing something? Thanks

That's all that is needed, just say there was no will, here's a copy of the grant of letters of administration.

Not many people take it in their stride. Have faith in your broker that they have matched you with the right lender for your circumstances.
