I'm not sure Acas will give specific advice to an employer: they'd expect the employer to be capable of reading what's on their website, applying it appropriately and appointing professionals to assist when necessary.

I would hate to think anyone was acting on advice from this forum alone on legal matters. At best you will receive information which you can then go and check with an official source, now you know what to look for. This applies equally to employees and employers.Masomnia said:

Happy for people to post what they want but I personally don't like advising employers as really they should be paying for proper advice. This forum is not at that standard most of the time and I'd hate to think employers were making decisions that affected people's livelihoods based on randomers on the internet.1
