Hello all, I am having a nightmare with my employer.
Hello all, I am having a nightmare with my employer.
They have now I believe messed up my pay which is going to have huge financial implications for My husband's unemployment benefits so can someone either help or point me to someone who can help-
My mat leave runs out on 15/8 I am taking one month unpaid- so SMP ended on 14/7- so I should just get paid the 2 weeks SMP and then nothing?
I am taking annual leave 15/8-11/9 so should be paid this in August and September pay?
Work has paid me a full month (yet is incorrect and another story) saying its the annual leave.... but surely I get to choose when to take this which is what I have done to get another month off?

When it's paid isnt actually up to you - it's been paid. As long as you receive the correct amount that's that.davemark said:Posting on behalf of my wife

So my employer can choose when to end my maternity leave before 52 weeks? My understanding is I’m entitled to 52 weeks- 39 paid, I was taking 44 weeks as agreed with my employer. They’ve paid me 37 weeks and now holiday pay. How is this correct and do I not have any rights?0
