NT IPA Agreement - Bonus

Options
Hi everyone,

I was made bankrupt and signed a NT IPA Agreement until the end of the current tax year, I don't have surplus income so I didn't need to sign a IPA for any surplus to be collected each month. I was just wondering about my yearly bonus, if I received a £1000 bonus, I would inform the Official receiver as soon as it came through and I expect that it would be taken by the OR (which is absolutely fine), but I just wanted to know - Would this trigger a 3 year surplus income payment agreement going forward?

Thanks

You are right to tell them about your bonus...I wouldn't expect it to trigger an income surplus IPA
Is there any chance it could be delayed until after discharge
