My daughter starts an apprenticeship in september, does this mean i no longer have to pay CMS.

Don't forget that new apprentices are only paid £4.15 an hour, so although your liability to pay maintenance might end, you might want to consider giving your daughter a "top-up" from what you are no longer paying in child maintenance. If you can afford it, it would be nice to give her half what you have been paying in child maintenance. I would suggest you tell her that it its just for 12 months or until her pay goes up.The comments I post are my personal opinion.
