Is this a good sign?

Hi folks.
Grasping on to dear life waiting for accords decision. They have come back requesting my OHs p60 and 2 questions.
Can anyone tell me if this is a good sign?
Ad Hoc Applicant by Offer (Explain the £10 direct debit paid to xxxxxxx Credit Union)
And
Ad Hoc Applicant by Offer (Explain the £5 deduction on all weekly payslips to credit union)
Latest P60 (2019/20 to prove track record)
Does the "Ad Hoc by offer" and "to prove track record" mean anything.
We were also asked to provide an official letter from my OHs work confirming my OHs return date from furlough and confirm back on same full time hours and pay.
Just hoping things are going the proper way.
Thanks.

They just need to see if it's a loan from the CU being repaid and not declared on the application or a small savings account with the CU.
It's not a good or a bad sign as they are still at the reviewing application and information stage.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Ok thanks, we just replied with its small deposits just to keep the accounts open. Feels like a life time we have been at this lol. So do you reckon its with the underwriters?0

I wouldn't know, you've not said who the lender is.onlyliveonce said:Ok thanks, we just replied with its small deposits just to keep the accounts open. Feels like a life time we have been at this lol. So do you reckon its with the underwriters?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

I just had a look over your posting history, to see 😉
This is their process, I would guess you are still at the start of the application process eg reviewing all the information.

Edit to add - I'm sure I've seen a recent thread discussing Accord. It might be worth seeing if you can find it and see how it worked for others.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
