Mortgage offer stipulation

Hi there,

we are awaiting a mortgage update and the money has been confirmed as being available but our MA has said -
The valuer has made additional comments on the report. We will contact you once these have been reviewed and provide any next steps that may be required.

can anyone advise what these may mean or be?

Comments

  • The valuer; or
    The lender

Thats the only 2 people who have access to the information at the moment
  • My apologies I mean what the additional comments may be?

Additional comments suggest there is a route forward rather than a flat 'no'.
As suggested above, it would be foolish to second guess what has been written.
Whatever it says, bear in mind, these comments will be alerting you to matters that you should consider in your purchase decision.
