    Great. Once again the financially feckless get to walk away from their stupidity and get rewarded for doing so and everyone else who is responsible with their money gets to pay more as a result.
    Like the CIFAS marker what there also needs to be available to be added to a credit record is STUPID which is applied to any moron who goes down the mis-selling route because it's nothing more than irresponsible chancers hoping to make a quick buck out of their bad decisions and the current climate of responsibility shifting. If that marker exists the person is to be refused any credit at all.

    I doubt very much whether claims could be considered retrospectively, it's not against the rules at the moment. Then again..........
