Hi, how do I go about submitting a claim for a mis sold endowment mortgage policy from early 90's please

    You'd send your complaint to the provider, telling them why you were mis sold.

    If you're not time-barred (which you probably will be) and they still have a record of you (which they probably won't), they'll contact you with their response.

    There is a high posibility you are now time barred as the endowment misselling ship has largely sailed I am afraid

    Endowment complaints were started after 2000 when endowments started falling short for the first time.     Providers were allowed to use the 3 & 6 year timebar rules if they chose to do so.  This meant they had to point out if the endowment was potentially going to fall short.   Many did this with the statements after 2004 which meant that by 2009 most endowments were time-barred from complaint.    Today, around three quarters of endowments are barred from complaint.  A decade later and there are still a few stragglers still get looked at.

    What is your reason for complaint?    Whatever it is, you make your complaint to the company that sold you the endowment.
