Can anyone suggest what mortgage lenders to use right now with adverse credit? We are using a broker but wanted to get some advice on here.
Thanks

There are not too many in the market at the minute, but there is no "best" it comes down to your circumstances.
We do a lot of adverse, most of our applications (around 70%) are going in to a little building society.

Depends on what ltv you are looking for and what kind of adverse you have0

We have a 75% LTV. My partner has two defaults from 2015 & 2017. Then I have a ccj from 2018.0

If the defaults and the ccj are satisfied there should be options without crazy interest rates. It will depend on the amount of the default and when it was settled. Best thing to do is speak to a broker. If you dont have one already many of us brokers who post here are independent brokers. We are not allowed to approach forumites but most of us are happy to respond to pm's. Why not read the boards and pm a broker you feel can help.0

As above, if all have been satisfied I would like to think normal rates or near normal rates.
If they have not been and you can get to 30% deposit, I would still like to think normal(ish) rates.
Worst case scenario would be around 4-4.5%.
Rather than asking vague questions, why not find a broker? You will probably need one when it comes to it so just let them do the graft for you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
