Bankrupt,Gas debt

I was declared Bankrupt on 07/07/2020.I have debt from 03/072020 of £80 with SSE for.gas on my prepayment metre.They have started taking £2 from every £10 I top-up.My Question is does this not qualify as debt

Yes it does qualify, you need to contact them and let them know you were declared bankrupt with the case number and the contact details of the OR dealing with it. You also need to make sure you've told the OR dealing with your bankruptcy about the debt.0

i think in these cases , they should out you on a PAYG meter0
