You're soa is missing child benefit, it might not be much but it will help. Also, I expect you've given us the yearly figure for life insurance, monthly more likely to be £18 per month, maybe that's another £160 right there. You'll need it for your food budget which is way too small. No internet seems unlikely. Have another look over your soa and see if you can sharpen up the figures. Old bank statements can help here.
Are the 'offer' figures next to your unsecured debt part of a dmp plan? If so, you really need someone helping you with this in order to get the cost of things right. Your dmp will not work if you don't factor in your growing children.
If any of the expenses are for your business, then your business accounts need to be separated out from your household expenses.
