Hello all, not sure if I have posted this in the correct forum, apologies in advance.
We are currently looking at purchasing a B&B.
Our LTV is 71%, which in this climate is not enough.
Firstly does anyone have any recommendations of who to contact in regards to commercial mortgage advisors.
Secondly my parents live in Europe and have a fair amount of capital in their houses. Is there such a mortgage (residential one) that we could apply for and use them as a guarantor? Or any other suggestions on how to make this work?
Thank you,
MM
