Hi all in may 2002 hubby got a car loan from ge money for £15000 we have paid it all except £340 which we have been struggling to pay. This should have been finished back in may i do make odd token payments of say £30 every couple of months if i have it spare.They are now saying they are going to reposses the car through the courts for reposession.What can i do?
Make £11,000 in 2011 / ebay £600

If you paid all but £340 they cannot go to court to repossess.
