HSBC Remortgage rate

We applied to remortgage with HSBC for a two-year fixed rate ourselves early July. We get the offer and are waiting for the deal to start on August. However I found that the initial interest rate has increased by 0.2% on their website now. Would our mortgage keep the lower interest rate? Hope someone could share your experience
