Hi all
For a few months now, I have been receiving phone calls on my mobile phone from CABOT financial, supposedly chasing an old debt in the name of my wife. I have no idea how / why they are calling me. In addition, I strongly believe that the debt they are trying to chase is statute barred.
What is the best way to attack this - go for some harassment as I have nothing to do with the debt and/or send a statute barred email?
Hope to get some guidance and advice from here.
Thanks a lot
David

- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
